Our CrossFit Outspoken Family is a brand new courageous crew, the first two weeks will be Foundation Classes!! So exciting everyone gets to start Foundation Classes Together!! Lets do this, 321…GO!

DROM: Dynamic Range of Motion (No Measure)

Hip Mobility Sequence (No Measure)

Mobility is a essential component of CrossFit Movements. Mobility exercises will help you achieve proper and safe positions, thus improving upon your mechanics and range of motion.

We will be loosening up our hips!! Fun Fun:)

Foundation’s Day 1

Athletes will be taught the three Fundamentals Movements of the Squat Series:

* Air Squat
* Front Squat
* Overhead Squat

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP:

*100 Meter Sprint
*10 Pull-Ups
*10 Wall Balls #14 / #20

#14 = Weight for Women
#20 = Weight for Men
