Shoulders: Overhead Sequence

Foundation’s Day 2

Athletes will learn the proper mechanics and progressions of the shoulder press, push press and push jerk. These movements are staples in CrossFit and build upon upper body strength, which also transfer over to many different movements within life (functionality) and CrossFit.
