Why Group Training?

Group training keeps you motivated and working hard while working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. Each day, we’ll build you a challenging workout that combines the best of all fitness methods, grounded in exercise science.


To get started you will need to complete five foundation classes.

Your coach will help you determine which you will need. Coached by a Sweat Factory trainer and delivered in either one on one or small group sessions, these classes are designed to get you to your first group class with the knowledge you need to be successful. You will follow the same structure as a regular class WOD ‒ covering a specific set of skills and then completing the workout of the day (WOD). No need to do a Foundation course if you will only be attending Factory fit.



You will have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. Get lifestyle advice from other class members, push each other, or hang out after training.


Our coaches are trained, educated, and certified to lead group classes. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential.


When you exercise alone, coming to the gym can feel like a chore. Group workouts are lively and exciting. You might find yourself looking forward to exercising.
